As women in real estate, we understand the importance of looking sharp and polished in your day to day. Wearing sunscreen will help keep your oily skin protected.

There are various benefits to wearing sunscreen daily, like reducing your risk of skin cancer, preventing premature aging (wrinkles and sunspots), protecting against hyperpigmentation and sunburn.

“Studies show that regular daily use of SPF 15 sunscreen, when used as directed, can reduce your risk of developing squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) by about 40 percent, and lower your melanoma risk by 50 percent.” – Skin Cancer Foundation

Here at Capital Femme we want to help you take care of yourself, eliminate some of the hassle of searching for healthy, safe, affordable, and effective products. All while keeping you anchored in Christ Jesus.

Looking nice is cool, but your heart and motives are of greater importance to the Lord. Remember to walk in humility, ask the Lord to search your heart, to guard it against pride and to help you care for His temple (your body). A scripture to keep in mind is Phillipians 2:3.

If you have oily skin, it’s important for you to choose products that are non-comedogenic, which means that they won’t clog your pores and cause breakouts.

Today you’ll be reading about one of such products, the Coppertone Every Tone SPF 50 Sunscreen lotion.

So here’s an honest review: this sunscreen blends on clear into the skin and won’t leave behind a white cast. It’s a good option for my ladies with a darker complexion.

It’ll make your skin glow. This can be because it contains vitamin E which moisturizes and nourishes your skin. It truly is light on the skin, so it won’t clog your pores which makes it good for use on both your oily skin and body.

Get yours here.

It’s a broad-spectrum formula, which means it protects against both UVA and UVB rays with SPF 50. Anything with at least SPF 30 or more will give you better sun protection.

It’s also water-resistant, so it’s good for extended periods of outdoor activity. You should reapply after about an hour or more of sweating or swimming.

It’s important to note that it is not recommended for kids under 6 months.

Overall, this product gets a full five out of five stars from us.
