In real estate, homes need strong foundations to remain stable, strong and resilient.
Weakened bones lead to breaks for one in two women and one in five men.
Real estate sisters, let this be your wake up call to create a strong foundation. Previously, we discussed how to start anti-aging skincare habits.
In this post, we continue to talk about how to implement lifestyle changes long-term.
Implementing lifestyle changes long-term
Here are three steps that help you not only look better but also feel more confident:
Step 1: Mindset change.
Real estate requires you to be adaptable.
Everything starts in the mind.
When you think of something, it can manifest physically. Set realistic expectations when it comes to changing any bad habits in your day-to-day. Start small.
Do everything in moderation.
Remember aging is a part of life and the overall goal is health and wellness.
Focus on taking care of your spirit first. It will completely change the way you show up. Pride and vanity are connected to your flesh, not your spirit (Romans 8:5-7). You can pray about this.
Step 2: Better sleep patterns.
How to achieve adequate sleep in the long term?
Spend time with the Lord before bed by talking with Him and reading the Bible.
Try to do work only during the day, set an earlier bedtime to wake early and feel refreshed. Taking supplements can also enhance sleep.
Step 3: Stress relief activities.
As a real estate agent, stressful situations are a given. Being busy doesn’t have to equal stress.
Reduce stress by giving it to Jesus. Release worrying and overthinking to Him. Receive peace when you know you’ve done all you can.
Eat healthy throughout the week by planning meals in advance. Regular exercise also helps reduce stress. As you age, starting around age 30, bone density starts to decrease and speeds up rapidly with menopause.
Therefore, women are at a higher risk of weaker bones.
Since it is winter, consider taking vitamin D supplements to promote strong bones.

What happens inside affects the way others see you
Anti-aging ultimately starts within.
Your spirit and relationship with God is the most important aspect.
In Genesis 20, Sarah, at the age of 90 attracted kings and this almost got her husband killed. Not only because of her beauty, but it was really because of her spirit.
They ended up receiving resources because of the Lord’s favor.
Take this with you
To conclude, you want to turn your focus inwards and the rest will take care of itself. Let this encourage you to make consistent, conscious efforts in your relationship with God.
Aging is a natural part of life.
Vitamin D is a great supplement to have this winter to keep you strong, healthy and improve your sleep. This post has provided ways for you to implement anti-aging habits to improve your appearance as a realtor long-term.
